書類の準備を開始できます。必要書類とマニュアルがが余NYからメール送られてきます。
書き方などがわからない場合は随時担当者に聞いて進めて下さい。それぞれの書類は下記に説明していきますので確認しながら進めて下さい。
プロファイル

プロファイルはホストファミリーがオペアを選ぶのに非常に重要な資料になりますのでしっかりと作成します。一度できましたら担当者に送付して下さい。何度かやり取りしてしっかりと作り込むため時間がかかりますが、ここをきちんとすることでホストファミリーが決まりやすくなりますので、ご自身としっかりと向き合って、能力、強み、適性を言語化して記載しましょう。この経験はご自身を知ることにもなりこれから先の就職活動や転職活動にも活かされるので前向きに取り組んでいただければ幸いです。

ホストファミリーが決まったら

ホストファミリーが確定したら、正式にExpert AuPairに登録するように連絡してください。その後、契約を両者で取り交わします。契約が完了し次第、Expert AuPairのコンプライアンスコーディネーターがビザ取得に必要なDS -2019を手配します。DS-2019は、アメリカのJ-1交流訪問者ビザ（オペアプログラム、研修、研究、留学など）を取得するために必須となる「交流訪問者ステータス適格証明書」です。アメリカの受け入れ団体や大学（この場合Expert AuPair)が発行し、プログラムへの参加資格を証明する書類であり、これがないとビザ申請や入国ができません。このD S -2019を入手し次第、アメリカ大使館の面接の予約をして下さい。
D S-2019 を入手したら

DS-2019 は非常に重要なので、無くさないようにどこかに保管して下さい。アメリカ大使館で予約をとって頂きます。ビザの申請フォームのことをDS-160と呼びます。このフォームの記載を行なって下さい。また、パスポートの有効期限は、DS-2019に記載の期限内に期限が切れないことを確認して下さい。Expert AuPairから届いたD S-2019、アクセプタンスレター、料金領収書も面接の際に持参して下さい。

最後のDS-160（バーコード及び顔写真付き）は印刷しておいて下さい。また、最新のDS-160にはSNSアカウントを全て記載しなければなりません。ビザ申請から審査が完了するまでの期間、必ず「公開設定」にしておいて下さい。
