ホストファミリーが確定したら、正式にExpert AuPairに登録するように連絡してください。その後、契約を両者で取り交わします。契約が完了し次第、Expert AuPairのコンプライアンスコーディネーターがビザ取得に必要なDS -2019を手配します。DS-2019は、アメリカのJ-1交流訪問者ビザ（オペアプログラム、研修、研究、留学など）を取得するために必須となる「交流訪問者ステータス適格証明書」です。アメリカの受け入れ団体や大学（この場合Expert AuPair)が発行し、プログラムへの参加資格を証明する書類であり、これがないとビザ申請や入国ができません。このD S -2019を入手し次第、アメリカ大使館の面接の予約をして下さい。

DS-2019 は非常に重要なので、無くさないようにどこかに保管して下さい。アメリカ大使館で予約をとって頂きます。ビザの申請フォームのことをDS-160と呼びます。このフォームの記載を行なって下さい。また、パスポートの有効期限は、DS-2019に記載の期限内に期限が切れないことを確認して下さい。Expert AuPairから届いたD S-2019、アクセプタンスレター、料金領収書も面接の際に持参して下さい。
